All payments are processed automatically at the close of the auction with the credit card you selected at time of registration.
BUYERS PREMIUMS: 18% for Online and Phone-in Bidders. 13% for In-House Bidders with Credit/Debit (or pay CASH to receive a 3% discount on the premium).
OPEN FOR PICK-UP Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays by appointment. Winnings must be retrieved within 14 days or they will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. If you need to send someone else to claim your winnings, please call ahead and let us know!
If you live outside the immediate Portland/Vancouver/Salem area, we will automatically assume you wish us to ship your winnings to you. We will NOT ship over-sized items (furniture, vehicles, area carpets, etc.), please call to make an arrangement. Your credit card will be automatically charged for shipping once the postage and handling have been calculated and we will forward you the tracking number.

Available payment options
We offer in house shipping for the majority of the items that are sold in the auction. The exceptions being furniture, bulk or heavy items like marble statues or extremely fragile items. For these items, we recommend you work with a shipper. Shipping charges are not included in the winning hammer price. If you live over 4 hours from the auction house, we will assume that you would like your items shipped. Please let us know if you do not want them shipped if you are over 4 hours away from the auction house. The card that you registered with will be charged for all shipping charges and you will also receive an email with tracking information.
