To expedite processing, we recommend arriving THIRTY MINUTES before auction start and filling out the background form. Please have ID or CCW on hand. Processing will begin automatically during the auction.

$20 FFL Transfer Fee for all firearms.

Shipping instructions for firearm purchases: please email us with the contact information of your preferred FFL Transfer destination within 14 days of purchase. No firearms will be shipped without an official FFL Copy. Email FFL Copy to info@mclarenauction.com. All firearms and ammunition sent UPS 1-Day Insured, at buyer's expense.

Receipts for winning bids will be emailed after the end of the 2nd night auction- no need to call us!

All payments are processed automatically at the close of the 2nd night of the auction with the credit card you selected at time of registration.

BUYERS PREMIUMS: 18% for Online and Phone-in Bidders. 13% for In-House Bidders with Credit/Debit (or pay CASH to receive a 3% discount on the premium).

OPEN FOR PICK-UP Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays by appointment. Winnings must be retrieved within 14 days or they will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. If you need to send someone else to claim your winnings, please call ahead and let us know!

If you live outside the immediate Portland/Vanc/Salem area, we will automatically assume you wish us to ship your winnings to you. We will NOT ship over-sized items (furniture, vehicles, area carpets, etc.), please call to make an arrangement. Your credit card will be automatically charged for shipping once the postage and handling have been calculated and we will forward you the tracking number.

WE SHIP! If you live further than 4 hours driving distance from McLaren Auction Services, we will automatically assume you require shipment of your auction winnings. Your credit card will automatically be charged for postage once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipments will be processed within the 14 day pick up window and a tracking number sent to your email. Please call or email immediately if you do NOT require shipping and plan on picking up in-person or sending someone else to collect.

McLaren Auction does NOT provide shipping services for over-sized items (over 32" in height or length or more than 40# in weight). We will not ship furniture, rolled carpets, bronze statuary, floor lamps or large artwork, etc. Please make arrangements with your chosen delivery method within the 14 day pick up window. On-site blanket-wrap service available if desired, but no Palletizing or Crating. Please contact us for recommendations for freight shipping!
