We ask that all your winnings be picked up within 14 days of the close of the auction.
We offer in-house shipping for the majority of your winnings. Our exceptions being overly large or fragile items such as marble statues and furniture. If your address is more than 4 hours from the auction house, we will automatically ship the items to you. If you would like your item shipped, please call, or email our auction office. Shipping is not included in the hammer price. For large items, we have several shippers that we can recommend.
All shipments are fully insured for the purchase price including premium. If there is an issue with how the items are received please contact us as soon as possible. In order to file a claim, we will need pictures of all the packaging, interior and exterior, along with the damaged item. If this is not available, we will not be able to reimburse you for the damages.

Available payment options
We offer in house shipping for the majority of the items that are sold in the auction. The exceptions being furniture, bulk or heavy items like marble statues or extremely fragile items. For these items, we recommend you work with a shipper. Shipping charges are not included in the winning hammer price. If you live over 4 hours from the auction house, we will assume that you would like your items shipped. Please let us know if you do not want them shipped if you are over 4 hours away from the auction house. The card that you registered with will be charged for all shipping charges and you will also receive an email with tracking information.
