Antique windmill weight made of cast iron featuring a short stem Rooster with "Hummer E184" stamped on the tail. Made of cast iron by Elgin Wind and Pump Co. in Elgin, IL circa 1900. Base is not included. Measures 8 3/4" x 9 1/2."
