Original oil painting on board by listed Oregon artist, Cleveland Rockwell (OR, CA, 1837 - 1907), signed lower left & dated 1901. Features a rocky seascape in the midst of a storm clearing. Art measures 8" h x 16" w mounted in a frame measuring 10" x 18".
