Original impressionistic watercolor & mixed media painting on paper by listed Oregon artist, Bill Baily (OR, 1940-), as noted on the verso. Features a white cottage homestead perched on a hilltop surrounded by an impressionistic forest landscape. Art measures 19" h x 27" w mounted in a frame measuring 29" x 37".
Available payment options
We offer in house shipping for the majority of the items that are sold in the auction. The exceptions being furniture, bulk or heavy items like marble statues or extremely fragile items. For these items, we recommend you work with a shipper. Shipping charges are not included in the winning hammer price. If you live over 4 hours from the auction house, we will assume that you would like your items shipped. Please let us know if you do not want them shipped if you are over 4 hours away from the auction house. The card that you registered with will be charged for all shipping charges and you will also receive an email with tracking information.
Bill Baily was born in Hood River, Oregon in 1940. He worked as a Pharmacist & attended Oregon State University School of Pharmacy from 1958-1963. His work has been exhibited at Courtyard Gallery (1970-1982), Attic Gallery (1982-present), White Bird Gallery (1980-present). His art can be found in the collections of Nabisco, Georgia Pacific, First Interstate Bank, Multnomah Athletic Club, Orbanco, Good Samaritan Hospital, Arlington Club, Pacific Supply & Dain Bosworth, Inc.
