A pair of antique Chinese bronze guardian lions or “fu dogs” used in feng shui design, in the Ming Dynasty style. For feng shui, guardian lions are placed in a proper orientation at the entrance to a home or place to defend against evil spirits and harmful energy. Each lion measures about 27 x 11 x 24 inches.

The patina is well developed, but corrosion is evident in a few places on each statue.
