Stein reads ‘1. Schw. Reiter – Regiment "Prinz Carl v. Bayern" – 3. Est. 1896-99’ across the top and "Ludwig Hiller" across the base. The lithopane bottom depicts a female nude. Stein measures 10-1/2" to the top of the figural pewter lid.
