Jacques Renaud Bernard framed "Architecture, Moulin a scier les Pierres en dalles" (Mill for Sawing Stone Slabs) original engraving No. 3 published in Paris in 1780 from the larger work titled "Recueil de planches pour la nouvelle edition du dictionnaire" (Collection of Plates for the New Edition of the Dictionary). Bernard’s signature can be found on the bottom right of the diagram.
Bio: Jacques Renaud Bernard was an 18th-century French architect and engineer. He is known for his contributions to the architectural heritage of France and other European countries. Bernard designed and executed numerous building projects, including palaces, churches, and public structures.
